Welcome to STEEL SKINZ. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the STEEL SKINZ website, products, and services. "STEEL SKINZ," "we," "us," and "our" refer to OASYS LLC, doing business as STEEL SKINZ. Throughout these Terms, "Products" refers to STEEL SKINZ's custom magnetic vehicle graphics designed exclusively for compatible surfaces of the Tesla Cybertruck.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our Products.

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. Products

STEEL SKINZ offers custom-made magnetic vehicle graphics designed exclusively for compatible surfaces of the Tesla Cybertruck. Each Product is produced to your specifications using the artwork you provide.

Product photographs, mockups, colors, dimensions, and finishes are provided for illustrative purposes only. Minor, non-material variations resulting from printing, manufacturing, lighting, display settings, and material characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.

No Affiliation with Tesla

STEEL SKINZ is an independent provider of aftermarket magnetic vehicle graphics. STEEL SKINZ is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or otherwise associated with Tesla, Inc. "Tesla" and "Cybertruck" are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. and are used solely to identify the vehicles for which our Products are designed.

2. Customer Artwork

"Customer Artwork" means any artwork, image, design, logo, text, photograph, or other content you submit in connection with an order. You retain ownership of your Customer Artwork.

By submitting Customer Artwork, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the Customer Artwork or have all necessary rights and permissions to use it.

  • Your Customer Artwork does not infringe any copyright, trademark, trade dress, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual property right.

  • Your Customer Artwork complies with applicable law.

You grant STEEL SKINZ a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, resize, crop, adjust, print, manufacture, and ship your order.

STEEL SKINZ reserves the right to reject or cancel any order containing content we reasonably believe infringes the rights of others, violates applicable law, or is otherwise inappropriate.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OASYS LLC d/b/a STEEL SKINZ and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from Customer Artwork you submit or your breach of the representations and warranties in this section.

3. Design Review, Confirmation, and Print Quality

Before completing checkout, you will be shown a preview of your submitted design. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved the Customer Artwork, spelling, layout, orientation, cropping, image quality, image resolution, and other visible design details.

After your order is placed, STEEL SKINZ will send a confirmation email showing the design received for production. You must notify us within 24 hours after that email is sent if the design shown in the confirmation email does not match the preview you approved. Unless we receive such notice, the design will be considered confirmed and production may begin after the 24-hour period.

The confirmation period is not an opportunity to revise approved Customer Artwork or cancel the order. However, STEEL SKINZ may allow a correction or cancellation before production begins at its sole discretion. Once production begins, the order cannot be changed or canceled except as required by law.

STEEL SKINZ does not proofread or independently verify spelling, grammar, layout, image quality, image resolution, or design accuracy.

Printed colors may differ from on-screen colors because digital displays use RGB while commercial printing uses CMYK. Minor, non-material variations in color, trimming, alignment, scaling, or material appearance are normal manufacturing tolerances and are not defects.

4. Proper Use of the Products

The Products are intended for temporary exterior use on designated compatible ferromagnetic metal surfaces of the Tesla Cybertruck.

To help reduce the risk of damage or Product detachment, customers agree to:

  • Install a Product only on a clean, dry, compatible ferromagnetic metal surface designated for that Product.

  • Remove dirt, dust, sand, salt, moisture, and debris before installation.

  • Ensure the Product lies completely flat without lifted edges.

  • Inspect the Product before each use and periodically during extended use. Discontinue use if it no longer appears securely attached.

  • Remove and clean both the Product and the vehicle surface regularly.

  • Remove the Product before automatic or high-pressure car washes unless otherwise instructed.

  • Discontinue use if the Product becomes damaged, warped, or no longer adheres properly.

  • Not install a Product where it obstructs or interferes with any light, reflector, license plate, camera, sensor, safety marking, or other component required for safe or lawful vehicle operation.

  • Not drive with a Product that is loose, damaged, improperly positioned, or showing lifted edges.

  • Follow all applicable traffic, vehicle-equipment, and roadway laws when installing and using the Product.

Failure to follow these requirements may increase the risk of scratching, staining, reduced magnetic performance, or Product detachment. Customers are responsible for determining whether their installation and use of a Product comply with the laws applicable where the vehicle is operated.

5. Magnetic Product Disclaimer

The Products are designed specifically for compatible surfaces of the Tesla Cybertruck but are subject to variables beyond STEEL SKINZ's control, including vehicle condition, surface cleanliness, installation method, weather, road debris, vehicle speed, wind forces, vibration, temperature, and ongoing maintenance.

Customers acknowledge that removable magnetic vehicle graphics have inherent limitations compared with permanently affixed graphics and that performance may vary depending on vehicle condition, environmental conditions, installation, maintenance, and use.

Risk of Detachment. The Products may detach if improperly installed, used on an incompatible surface, exposed to excessive speeds, severe weather, impact, road debris, or other conditions beyond STEEL SKINZ's reasonable control.

STEEL SKINZ does not guarantee that the Products will remain attached under all driving or environmental conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STEEL SKINZ shall not be liable for the loss of a Product or for property damage, vehicle damage, personal injury, or other damages to the extent caused by improper installation, failure to follow instructions, inadequate maintenance, incompatible surfaces, misuse, customer modification, or use outside the Product's intended purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

6. Website Use

By using the website or placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority where you live or are using the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the website to:

  • Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.

  • Submit content that violates these Terms or the rights of another person.

  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the website's operation or security.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, customer information, or connected systems.

  • Use automated systems to scrape, copy, or misuse the website or its content.

STEEL SKINZ may restrict or terminate website access or cancel an affected order for violations of this section. If we cancel a paid order before production, we will refund the amount collected unless withholding is permitted by applicable law.

7. Orders, Payments, and Pricing

By placing an order, you represent that the billing, shipping, contact, vehicle, and Customer Artwork information you provide is complete and accurate. You authorize STEEL SKINZ to charge the total amount displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

You are responsible for additional costs or delays caused by incorrect information you provide. Please contact us promptly if you discover an error, although we cannot guarantee that information can be changed after an order is placed.

Completing checkout creates a binding order. STEEL SKINZ may reject or cancel an order because of a pricing or product-information error, production limitations, suspected fraud, unlawful or infringing Customer Artwork, or another violation of these Terms. If STEEL SKINZ cancels an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount collected for that order.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but price changes do not affect orders already placed.

Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout unless expressly stated otherwise. At launch, Products are available for shipment only to addresses within the contiguous United States. STEEL SKINZ may change its available shipping destinations for future orders.

8. Shipping

Production and delivery timeframes shown on our website or during checkout are estimates based on the information reasonably available when your order is placed.

We will make reasonable efforts to ship your Product within the stated production timeframe. If we cannot ship within that timeframe, we will provide a revised estimated shipping date and any opportunity to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped order and receive a refund required by applicable law.

Delivery estimates provided after shipment are controlled by the carrier and are not guaranteed. STEEL SKINZ is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, but nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Risk of loss passes to the customer when the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate address and arranging for secure receipt of the package. STEEL SKINZ is not responsible for loss or theft occurring after confirmed delivery, except as required by applicable law.

9. Returns and Refunds

Because each Product is custom-made using Customer Artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, design preferences, Customer Artwork errors, low-resolution files, incorrect information supplied by the customer, installation errors, misuse, or normal wear.

If a Product arrives damaged, is materially defective, or materially differs from the design approved by the customer because of an error by STEEL SKINZ, the customer may submit a claim according to our Refund Policy.

Eligibility requirements, claim deadlines, and required documentation are governed by the Refund Policy. If a claim is approved, STEEL SKINZ may choose to provide a replacement or a refund unless applicable law requires a different remedy. Nothing in this section limits any right or remedy required by applicable law.

10. Third-Party Services

The website and checkout may use services provided by third parties, including ecommerce, payment-processing, analytics, and shipping providers. Your use of certain third-party features may also be subject to the provider's terms and privacy practices.

The website may contain links to third-party websites that STEEL SKINZ does not own or control. STEEL SKINZ is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those websites.

Nothing in this section relieves STEEL SKINZ of its obligations concerning an order placed directly with us or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Electronic Communications

By placing an order and providing an email address, you consent to receive electronic communications concerning your order, including design confirmations, production updates, shipping notices, and policy-related communications.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking your inbox, including spam or junk folders. Electronic notices satisfy any requirement that communications concerning the order be provided in writing, except where applicable law requires another method.

This consent applies to transactional communications and does not by itself enroll you in marketing communications.

12. Intellectual Property

The STEEL SKINZ name, logo, website, product photography, graphics, designs, and other original content are owned by STEEL SKINZ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

For clarity, STEEL SKINZ does not claim ownership of Customer Artwork merely because it is uploaded, submitted, or printed through our services.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Except for any express commitments stated in these Terms, the applicable Refund Policy, or the Product description at the time of purchase, the Products and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STEEL SKINZ disclaims all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so these exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The customer assumes the risks associated with installing and using the Products, including risks caused by improper installation, incompatible surfaces, misuse, inadequate maintenance, or failure to follow the provided instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits STEEL SKINZ's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by STEEL SKINZ's negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to the preceding paragraph and to the fullest extent permitted by law, STEEL SKINZ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Products or services.

Subject to the preceding limitations, STEEL SKINZ's total liability arising from an applicable Product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that Product.

14. General Provisions

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

No Waiver

A failure by STEEL SKINZ to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable order details and the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and STEEL SKINZ concerning your purchase and use of the Products.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Except where applicable law requires or permits otherwise, any legal action arising from these Terms or a Product shall be brought in the state courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, or the United States District Court for the District of Utah.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any protection or right that cannot lawfully be waived.

16. Changes to These Terms

STEEL SKINZ may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated.

The Terms in effect when an order is placed will govern that order. Revised Terms will apply to subsequent use of the website and future orders.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes.
